Zhyto is a Ukrainian Zabava band based out Calgary, Alberta. The group brings together flavors of rock, dance, pop and classical into Ukrainian folk music to create a sound entirely their own. The young musicians have delighted audiences across Western Canada with their high energy performance and unique stage chemistry. Since their formation in early 2009, Zhyto has played many notable festivals and zabavas, including:

Ukrainian Day in the Village (2011)
Regina Ukrainian Fall Festival (2011)
Two January Malanka (Ukrainian New Year's) tours with dates in Saskatoon, Edmonton, Calgary and Rural Saskatchewan (2011, 2012).
