What 45 meters looks like from below :-)
DeepSpot outside Warsaw is currently the 2nd deepest pool in the world and a must-visit for freedivers! There is The Hole - obviously - with 4 lines going down to 45,4 meters - but also lots of other stuff: you can dive around, over and under the submerged glass viewing hallway; there is a boat on the bottom at 20 meters etc.
Also, there are The Caves - a system of interconnected caves from a few meters down to 20 meters. Right now (winter 2021) this area is still no-go for freedivers; but plans are en route with scuba safetys and guided tours for no-tankers also!
DeepSpot is a brand new facility with friendly and safetyminded and professional staff.
I can recommend Natalia; but from my brief interaction with a few others and overhearing both free divers' and scuba divers' instructions, DeepSpot is operated very professionally.
DeepSpot will lend you all the necessary gear, so you only have to remember your bathing suit.
Oh - and the water is 34 degrees Celsius - it's simply wonderful!
PS. Sorry about the video quality.
PPS. Yes, the video is actually 2 dives spliced together; but it's all me :-)
