This is a sacred lake in Ecuador. The indigenous believe that it's bottomless. It can be experienced as a self-guided hike around the lake or as a guided tour with a few shorter hikes and a boat ride on the lake. There is also a small restaurant at the lake.

Hiking: The hike is 7.7 miles and can take anywhere from 3.5-5 hrs. It's pretty steep with an elevation gain of 2,254 feet (687m), most of it in the first 3 miles.
