Hi there, my name is Anna Foster. I'm deputy director of commissioning and quality assurance at CNTW. My number one well-being tip is to try and get outside as much as you can - ideally once a day. If you can get around locally nearby, get outside, wrap up warm. We know that it will benefit your physical health, reduce your blood pressure, reduce your stress and, if you get outside in the daylight, you'll get lots of vitamin D as well which we all need at the moment. And it benefits your mental health as well, improving your mental well-being - so try and get outside and see how that helps.
