Nam Prik Sawan - Heaven Chili Paste - Chili Paste Sawan TH
Thai Chili Paste Sawan (Nam Prik Sawan) is a dry chilli paste. The Thai name means "Chili Paste from Heaven" because of its relatively mild heat. This type of Thai chilli paste is very good with fresh or steamed vegetables and steamed jasmine rice. This paste can also be stir-fried with rice for a quick meal.

I will make a large scale paste to show you how its made but will put the ingredients to make at home.
