Known for his swirling, lyrical guitar shreds, Jeff Schroeder has been the guitarist for The Smashing Pumpkins since 2007. Prior to that, he pursued doctoral studies in comparative literature at UCLA, released several albums with California shoegaze-pop darlings The Lassie Foundation, and toured the world with The Violet Burning. In July, he released a phantasmagoric cover of classic Korean tune, Haenim by Kim Jung Mi. Later this year, Jeff will release an album of his own work.
