Open the Emulator: D-Fend
(Import archive file, select Program File: ORION.EXE, Setup File: INSTALL.EXE)

May have to do the following for sound, also check the sound options in the game.
Right Click Master of Orion, Run Setup, Reconfigure Hardware Options, select SoundBlaster Pro (later) & Address 210, SoundBlaster Pro (later), Address 210 & DRQ 1
