UGANDA Cranes make it to the finals of the CECAFA senior challenge cup eliminating hosts Ethiopia in penalty shootouts 5-3, after drawing 0-0 in 120 minutes of play.
Cranes wonders came through with first penalty save by goal keeper Ismail Watega, as his teammates including team captain Farouk Miya, Isac Muleme, Joseph Ochaya and Dennis Okot netted all the five penalties.
Cranes play Rwanda after also eliminating Sudan in the other semifinal also decided by penalties 4-2.
