Day 31: Falling Up Mt. Taylor
As I slowly made my way to Mt. Taylor, taking advantage of the last service I'd have for the next few days to send emails and call home, I came across some goodies Mac stashed for me at the water cache before I made my final push to the summit. After a short dance break, a storm brewed and I made a decision to abort the mountain and go back down the way I came to get to treeline faster. Part wimp, part survival.. all in a lifetime. One of these days I'll become more confident in the mountains and be able to make better calls and identify safer traverses. Experience takes time.
