Pole Position spoke to Sebastien Loeb's co-driver Daniel Elena as the WRC cars arrived in Monaco on day 3 of the Rallye Monte-Carlo. Elena who is Monégasque and co-drives for Citroën Total Abu Dhabi WRT said it was great to arrive in Monaco and he's looking forward to the final day of rallying especially the atmosphere at the top of the Col de Turini
