The scapulae are the most overlooked part of upper body training IMO
If the scapulae can’t move well, then you’re not getting the most out of your upper body training. It’s as simple as that🤷🏻♀️
Train the scapulae, unlock more potential💪🏼
Use this drill as movement prep, after a long period of time in one position, as strength training, and/or as a part of your daily movement routine.
