Problem: Bean grinder would turn on but coffee wouldn't dispense. Followed user manual guide on descaling and cleaning bean storage but no luck on fix.

Opening up the unit, I noticed ground coffee accumulation & buildup occurring on the dispenser internally. Using a chop stick, I cleared all the backup and now it's working perfectly.
