On November 22nd, 1987, A TV pirate hacked into WTTW Channel 11 in Chicago, Illinois, to interrupt the broadcast of Dr. Who. He rambled on and on about random stuff, not making much sense. his words were hard to understand. We here at P.M. Productions have been interested in this clip for years, but have never tried to subtitle it...until now.

NOTE: The Reddit in the video has since been removed. To sum it up, it was written by a guy who believed he knew who did it, and claimed it was an autistic man who dabbled in a lot of technology along with his older brother. Since then, he came forward and said that both those men were innocent of the incident, so the real Max Headroom remains at large.
