#FOODINMED: RAGUSANO DOP BY PROGETTO NATURA
Our Nicola Difino thought that this was an art installation, so he was quite surprised when he discovered it is instead the traditional way RagusanoDOP is disposed in order for it to age properly here at Progetto Natura in Ragusa, one of the biggest and most innovative ripening centres for cheese in the whole of Italy.
