This is an edited sample of the beautiful ride on Virginia State Route 231. This portion going from Gordonsville, VA to Sperryville, VA to get to the Thornton Gap Entrance for Skyline Drive. This was my first time on this route and it did not disappoint. For those looking for what the ride is like, here it is. A future video will show the Skyline Drive ride. There is some chat in these clips but mostly it's just the ride. I do share a John Mosby story only to look up later that I had the wrong location! Enjoy!
