O glorious St. Teresa of Avila,
You who trusted in God’s love with an unwavering heart,
Teach me to seek divine guidance
In times of struggle, uncertainty, and fear.
Help me find peace in the Lord’s embrace,
As you did in the silence of contemplation.

Grant me the grace to persevere,
To find joy in trials, and courage in the face of adversity.
May your words, “Let nothing disturb you, let nothing frighten you,
All things are passing; God never changes,”
Resonate within me, strengthening my faith.

St. Teresa, model of trust and humility,
Guide me to surrender fully to God’s will,
To love deeply, and to serve with compassion.
