Today I am attempting to make banana brandy or wine. The reason I cant be sure which I am making is because of legal restrictions.
In my country you cannot distil alcohol for personal or commercial use (sadly) so I have reached out to a few friends who have licences to be able to do it and I'm waiting to see if they can help me out our not.
