Missing electrical switches should be caught during your home inspection to add to the home improvement. The REALLY should've been caught by the electrician who ran the wiring. The switched in the video only ran the bathroom vent, not the lights. They were the only switched available! It is so vital, especially before you close on your new construction that these items are fixed by the builder!!!
