Prime Minister Justin Trudeau met Thursday with U.S. President Joe Biden and Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador in advance of their trilateral meeting at the White House. The three leaders then met for the first so-called Three Amigos summit since 2016, when the election of Donald Trump halted the tradition.
