This sweetheart has been putting out consistent roasts for current owner for just over a year now when their new cafe and roastery went live. Now bumping up to a higher batch machine due to growth.

You can't beat the reliability of San Franciscan roasters. This little workhorse has been producing about 150 lbs per week of consistent roasts since it was purchased. The roaster can handle from 2.2 pounds (1 kg) to 6.6 pounds (3 kg) of green coffee per batch.

Runs on 110v, this one is fueled by natural gas. Can be swapped to propane with a kit from San Franciscan. 30,000 BTUs on this 3kg machine. Roasting time is 10-15 minutes depending on roast-master preference. Comes with data port and is compatible with most coffee roasting data-logging software.

Comes with matching chaff collector, digital temperature control, table and about 10' of ducting.
