Ushnisha Vijaya (tib. Tsuktor Namgyalma, engl. Victorious Crown Ornament) is one of the three special long life deities, along with Buddha Amitayus and White Tara. She is associated with long life and healing, appeasing disease, war and so on (and the karma, which causes all those misfortunes).
