To All my #Sushi Lovers, This ones for you.
My very own version of the famous Caterpillar Sushi Roll. (This is my first attempt making this).
I first started off making my sticky rice hours before, allowing it to settle and cool down.
I'm using for this Guacamole, Sticky Rice, Imatation Crab Meat, Bell Pepper and Cucumber. I will finish it with Homemade Spicy Mayo and Sriracha Sauce.
I served this with a 2oz of Rice Wine and used my Chopstix to eat them with. :)
