President Trump's recent COVID-19 diagnosis has thrown his reelection campaign into disarray with less than a month remaining before Election Day.
Originally a topic the leader wanted to draw attention away from, the virus has now become a central theme in what is to unfold over the next four weeks.
Top aides, in trying to figure out how to proceed, are considering postponing upcoming rallies and fundraisers and even going virtual.
Even the second debate with Democratic candidate Joe Biden, scheduled for October fifteenth is now under question.
"Well, I think if he still has COVID, we shouldn't have a debate."
Meanwhile, Trump, much to the frustration of Democratic leaders, has suspended talks with Congress on a new economic stimulus bill until after the November election.
After being discharged from the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center just the night before, Trump on Tuesday, local time, accused House of Representatives speaker Nancy Pelosi of not negotiating in good faith...for demanding a relief package worth two-point-four trillion U.S. dollars.
A CNN poll conducted after the first presidential debate on likely voters showed that Trump's favorability had fallen to 41 percent, 16 points behind his Democratic challenger.
