The 1980s was an infamous time period for General Motors. Riddled by cheap plastics, poor build quality and a less-than desirable track record for reliability, it's easy to see why enthusiasts are skeptical of any GM product from this era. With that being said, the C4 corvette offers a tremendous amount of performance for it's price, and combines that with the appeal of vintage 80's styling. These reasons are why the C4 quickly became my dream car, and one that I aspire to own in the near future.
