1. Dough
300g (2 cups) All-purpose flour/Plain flour
120g (1/2 cup) Boiling water
70g (5 tbsp.) Cold Water
2. Oil flour batter
10g (1 tbsp.) All-purpose flour/Plain flour
30g (2 tbsp.) Cooking oil
3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
Cooking tips.
1. if you do not have boiling water, you can use cold water
2. the dough needs to relax for more than 1 hour, you can put the dough in the refrigerator overnight and do it the next morning
3. you can wrap the dough in plastic and freeze it. When eating, take it out and fry it
