I'm always looking for a good soup recipe and after looking all over YouTube I found this recipe on food fusion! nice simple easy soup recipe. i honestly love this soup it's even a good soup to freeze! only thing different I did was not add mint and used a little less water and used more salt


ingredients

1 med red onion
1 tbs garlic paste
1 cup lentils
1 small tomato
1 small carrot
1 small potato
1 tsp salt ( I added 1/4 tsp more)
5 cup water
1 tbs butter
1 tbs oil
2 tbs tomato paste
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
