Long story short, the ruling family was given a powerful weapon known as the Mortuum Vivicus to use in the destruction of Delodil, a city highly devoted to Meridia. A small group a priests was dispatched to destroy the weapon. They succeeded in infiltrating Abagarlas and murdering the Queen and Prince, who fought to the death in the name of Molag Bal. In ESO we witness this event, and Molag Bal rips the Queen and Prince's burning, screaming souls into Coldharbour as they cry for mercy for failing to protect the Mortuum Vivicus.

Anyway who is molag bal really?

Molag Bal is the Daedric Prince whose sphere is the domination and enslavement of mortals. He is known as the King of Rape. His main desire is to harvest the souls of mortals and to bring them within his sway by spreading seeds of strife and discord in the mortal realms. One legend claims that Molag Bal created the first vampire when he raped Nedic Virgin, who in turn slaughtered a group of nomads.

Molag bal his really powerful base on the lores and story ive read before i made him playable. This is one of the powerful hybrid vampire i ever created, and also he doesnt look like any vampire you'll see in skyrim. Looking at his face you'll notice that red veins on the side of his face i added it for menacing look if you want you can also play as a female but your not going to get the horn. Only male one have the horns.

She is more like an two handed Vampire assassin equip with unique bow which is not obtainable only her can use it. She will level up with the player to 300.

the swordsman are level undead along with gargoyle brutes.

Vampire Servant Female Can summon a pack of deathounds for 5 minutes to fight for you.

Vampire servant male can summon 2 gargoyle sentinel when in combat for 5 minutes.

The servants and their summonable creatures are level npc, which means is scaled up with your characters level. I have set thier starting level to 10 but can level up with the player to 100.
