Access to clean drinking water is a fundamental human right, but it's under threat from climate change, pollution, and ageing infrastructures. So, how can we protect this vital resource for future generations?

Introducing the EU-funded ToDrinQ project, an ambitious initiative aimed at transforming the way we protect and manage drinking water, from source to tap. At its core is the ToDrinQ Toolkit—a groundbreaking collection of hardware, software, methods, and algorithms designed to enhance the robustness and adaptability of water systems.

By minimizing micropollutants, pathogenic microorganisms, and disinfection by-products, the ToDrinQ Toolkit integrates innovative technologies to ensure high-quality drinking water. Developed in collaboration with stakeholders, this toolkit is being tested in five demo cases across the EU and beyond.

Supported by a consortium of 16 partners, including leading universities, research institutes, and technology developers, ToDrinQ is committed to safeguarding today’s water and securing tomorrow’s resilience.
