Candy Cane Caprese + Christmassy Brownies = a fun date night idea for the holiday season😍

For the candy cane caprese you need:
tomatoes
mozzarella
basil
bread of choice, I used a cookie cutter to cut it into gingerbread man shapes
for topping: olive oil, salt & pepper

For the reindeer brownies you need:
50 g / 1.8 oz. dark chocolate, melted (I used 80% dark chocolate)
1/4 cup the thick part of canned coconut milk (60 ml)
(gluten-free) mini pretzels for antlers
candy eyes
lingonberries/cranberries for nose

For the santa brownies you need:
red berries of choice
(lactose-free) vanilla flavored Greek yogurt or whipped cream
candy eyes

For the snowman brownies you need:
(lactose-free) vanilla flavored Greek yogurt or whipped cream
shredded coconut
dark chocolate chips
something orange for the nose, I used a piece of ground cherries

For the Christmas tree brownies you need:
(lactose-free) vanilla flavored Greek yogurt or whipped cream + greens powder/matcha
sprinkles

1. Meanwhile the brownies are cooling down make the frostings. Start by melting the chocolate in the microwave. Add the coconut milk and stir until combined (if it seems too runny, let it set in the fridge for about 15-30 minutes)
2. Cut the brownies into pieces and decorate them as you wish. Instructions in the video on how I decorated my brownies:)
