NOT EVERYONE WILL LIKE THIS 🚫🥵
🤔 If you’re lucky enough to be alive and in the possession of working arms and legs: you CAN exercise.
👎 A lot of people have self-limiting beliefs that are just completely untrue. I’ve worked with serval clients who started like this—and I’ve been there myself.
🤷♀️ How many times has someone told you “I’ve got bad knees, I can’t do cardio” or “I can’t lift weights, I’m not strong enough”?
🧠 Everyone starts somewhere and you might not remember this but none of us were born with the ability to walk, and I think it’s important to remember this.
📺 We can all get fitter and stronger. If you can walk to the TV remote, pick it up and turn on the TV, the chances are you are able to perform some form of exercise. The only part of your body that is stopping you, is your mind.
🙌 Now, do we all want to get fitter and stronger? Not necessarily and I’m certainly not here to tell you to exercise if you don’t want to.
🔥 But if you do want to lose fat, boost your energy, live longer, get fitter, stronger and become a better version of yourself than I am here to tell you: YOU CAN.
