In this one I revisit the #Metabo MWB100 and #Excel #MFT portable benches, get to the bottom of the ‘tight dog-hole’ issue and take you though a couple of ways to make it right.
Metabo UK have confirmed that whilst they make the dog-holes on the MWB100 a snug fit, a ‘small number’ with undersized holes are already in the system; Metabo’s head of sales and marketing has confirmed that using a reamer to open up the dog-holes in the bench top will not invalidate your warranty.
