Looks like there is hope for the future of Char Kway Teow in Singapore with the likes of Samuel Chiang who, at 24 years of old is running his own Char Kway Teow stall at Upper Boon Keng Food Centre!
Driven by his own love for the dish and passion for cooking, his CKT is pretty good with the right amount of smokiness and texture.
