[ Ссылка ] Israel's Peace Now movement has accused the government of Benjamin Netanyahu of overseeing a record year in settlement building on West Bank land claimed by the Palestinians.
Peace Now says new building starts jumped by 20 percent in 2011. Building of Jewish homes on occupied land is one of the main reasons cited by the Palestinians for refusing to resume peace talks.
