A man was forced to strip naked and run on the streets of Kamakshi Paliya in Bangalore. The incident, which took place a month ago, is believed to have been a result of a fight over area domination. Initially, a caste angle was considered, but this has since been ruled out by the police. The incident has only recently come to light.
