he 1st weekend of the Kerrville Renaissance Festival had fine weather, fair maidens, brave knights, a Viking Army, birds of prey, a royal King, an executioner, musicians, composers, bagpipes, dancers, magicians, fire blowing jugglers, artisans, fortune tellers, henna tattoo artists, Court Jesters, dragons, foxes, princesses, horses, archery, painters, harpists, shields, swords, chains, skulls, unicorns, potions, braids, spells, axes, thrones, helmets, and of course - turkey legs.
