Rik van Rijswick is always on the search for new possibilities. In his current work he is examining the use of materials in different forms. As a result the tactile aspect of his work is of great importance. Each object gets a special skin with a rhythmic theme. His keyboard heads are a good example of his work. The heads have a layer of keyboard keys on a ceramic base. Perhaps it gives us a look in to the future. Or are we looking at a new interface for linux?
