Things are going well at Brackley—really well. We’re second in the league, just one loss in 12 games, and about to play in the 4th qualifying round of the FA Cup. But success comes with its own challenges, and it seems other clubs have taken notice. In the space of just six minutes, I received job offers from four different clubs: Barnet, Cheltenham, Ebbsfleet, and Solihull Moors—all struggling at the bottom of their leagues.

Now I face a massive decision: do I stay at Brackley, where promotion to the National League seems within reach, or jump ship to save a struggling club in the league above? It’s a choice between loyalty and ambition, security and challenge. What would you do?
