Ayeee what's good beautiful people, it's been a while. Hope you're all doing great, despite everything thing going on and on [...] I've always admired old school hip-hop producers for creating one of the most popular genres in music today, out of limitations. Limitations have the potential to expand creativity. (Side note: it's funny how having all the tools you need can sometimes do exactly the opposite)

That being said, this weekend I decided to set my self some limitations to see what I could come up with. I listened to a few records to find a sample. 12 seconds sample time is what this device permits. Once I found one I chopped it up on the OP. I recorded the audio output of the whole process to tape rather than to my computer. Normally I would record the final piece to tape this way I found to be more efficient. This is also the first beat I made entirely on this lil sampler. #Madaliso
