There are many variations of swiss roll cake but this is the easiest and softest Vanilla Swiss Cake Roll you have ever had. Light and melts in your mouth
ingredients :
4 eggs
75 g Custer Sugar
85 g flour
1 tbs Vanilla Sugar
How to prepare:
1- Separate the egg white and yolk
2- Stir the egg white until The egg whites should hold a “soft peak”, (very important note: too much stirring of the egg white will dry out the roll and cause cracks)
3- Then add sugar and stir
4- Add the yolks one by one and stir a little
5- With the last yolk, add vanilla
6- At the end, add the flour and mix it
7- Put oil paper in a 30x40cm tray and pour the mixture into it and smooth it
8- Place at 220°C for approximately 15 minutes until the cake roll turns gold or light brown.
filling ingredients :
100 g Walnuts
3 apples
1 cup Sugar
1 tbsp Cinnamon
How to prepare :
1- Peel and grate the apple
2- Put it on the stove and pour sugar and stir until it becomes caramelized
3- Add walnuts and cinnamon
4- The filling is ready
