Event hosts can easily refund and cancel orders at any time. Even if you have set your refund policy to be ‘No Refunds’, you still have the power to refund a ticket if necessary.
You have the option to either refund to the original payment method or you can refund to attendee credit for a credit they can redeem only on future events YOU host. Keep in mind, if the attendee already submitted a refund request, you can only issue a refund to the method they selected. Credits are only an option if your event uses Eventbrite Payment Processing and the currency is set to USD.
The Eventbrite fee is not refunded to the attendee, except if you need to cancel your event, postpone your event, and COVID19. If you need to cancel your event and refund all orders, check out this article:

Once you refund a ticket, the funds will return to the attendee’s card within 5-7 business days. The buyer will automatically receive an email confirmation. Credits will appear in the attendee’s Eventbrite account as soon as you complete the refund.
