The Polyclinic Synergia was established in 2001 by the merger of the clinics of St. Gerard and Saint Andrew and is located within Central Hospital of Carpentras in south-eastern France.
Polyclinic Synergia combines hospital resources and complementary medical projects between the public sector and the private sector. This pioneering nature allows it to undertake a new approach in the planning and organisation of care for its patients.
Strong, and often innovative, knowledge of health problems, with real intellectual modernity are a theme of the clinic -- which also benefits from working closely with the Health Division of Carpentras, a centre of excellence in medical and surgical procedures.
Our medical teams find it immensely valuable to have thorough communication with the patient, their family and/or their doctor. We carry regular surveys to assess all aspects of patient satisfaction and these, in turn, allow us to implement ongoing improvements to our, already high, quality of care.
As well as its accident and emergency department, the institution provides, gynaecology, obstetrics, medicine, long-term care, psychiatry and various other forms of nursing care. Medical imaging, pathology, medical analysis, haemodialysis, physiotherapy and treatment centre of the retina are integrated into the operation of the Health Division while remaining under the responsibility of the private partners.
The overall quality of care is reinforced by services such as catering, sterilisation, air conditioning, cafeteria, etc, etc.
