China's top political advisory body, the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Committee, has started its annual session. This ushers in a political high season that will see the opening of the National People's Congress Sunday. Over two thousand political advisors are gathering to discuss major economic and social issues in the world's second-largest economy.
