2 cans cooked chickpeas (480g | 16oz)
3tbsp chickpea “water”
1 onion
3 large garlic cloves
10oz | 280g fresh spinach
6oz | 190g | 1 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1tbsp dried herbs
1tsp red chilli flakes
Season with salt
