How bad is flying the cheapest ticket on Japan's low-cost budget airline Peach Aviation from Tokyo to Osaka? I paid only JPY 5,950 (roughly $40 USD) and I found it to be a great option if you want to travel cheaply with only small lugagge. I also really enjoyed the high speed train ride on the Keisei Skyliner to Narita airport. It is however worth considering how Narita airport is in a remote area and can take extra time and train or bus fare compared to the more central Haneda airport. I usually choose to fly from Haneda if I have baggage to check-in and when time is of the essence.
