Hey y'all! Today's video focuses on helping to open up STIFF BODIES. It's important to be gentle with stiff bodies and work on opening them up gradually because we don't want to injure ourselves by forcing our bodies into postures it's not ready for. This is why using props can be a big help. I got the yoga blocks I'm using from Amazon and I will put a link for some yoga blocks down below. Let me know if you like the length of the video, the music, etc. I try to use other music besides just "yoga music" because I'm a musician myself, and this is how I would teach a class in real life, so feedback on that is appreciated.
