This is a guide on how to solo Mogu'shan Vaults to have a chance at getting the Astral Cloud Serpent Mount! The majority of classes will be able to solo Mogu'shan Vaults. I did this at 690 Ilvl but have been doing it since around 650+ so anyone around my Ilvl shouldn't have many issues with the encounters. The mount drops from Elegon which is the 5th boss in the raid.

Mogu'shan vaults is located in Kunlai Summit and we will be doing this on 10man Normal Difficulty as the mount has the same chance to drop regardless of difficulty, the mount is on a 1% drop rate so expect to be doing this for a while to get the mount, unless you are lucky!

I did this as an Enhancement Shaman but as I said most classes should be able to solo this, especially if you are a pet class or have access to a controllable pet such as Enhancement and Monk.

I do recommend you have Elder Charms of Good Fortune as these will give you an extra chance at the mount! Good Luck!
