Victoria Burgess is on a mission to paddleboard from Cuba to Key West in a little more than a day. A group on a boat will follow her to make sure she stays safe in the water, especially now that it's hurricane season. "I hope to help U.S.-Cuba friendship," Burgess said. "That's what I'm here for.
