For those familiar with e-ink displays, it's common knowledge that black and white e-ink screens can achieve partial and rapid refresh. However, when it comes to tri-color e-ink displays, they typically require a full refresh to change content. Nevertheless, there are situations where faster display updates are desired. In response to this need, our engineers have found a way to enable partial refresh for black and white content on tri-color e-ink displays. To make it user-friendly, we have embedded this code into the OTP (One-Time Programmable) memory of the e-ink display.
