This vegan greek traditional dish is very delecious and easy to make.
Ingredients:
- Giant Beans 500 gr. (You can also use large lima beans or butter beans)
- 2x medium red Onions
- 1x Carrot
- Tomato Puree 900 ml.
- 2x bay Leaves
- 2x tea spoon Honey
- Fresh Lemon Juice (as much as you like)
- Salt and Pepper (as much as you like)
- A bunch of Pasley
- 400 ml Water
- 4x table spoon Oilve oil
For the garnishing:
- Feta Cheese 150 gr
- Extra virginn Olive Oil
- Fresh Lemon Juice
- Chopped Parsley
Tipps:
- Soak the beans in cold water one night before for 24 hours
- Heat the oven to 220 grad Celsius
