Now I get random cravings for fried mushrooms 🍄
INGREDIENTS:
make sure you have enoki mushrooms! (I used one large pack)
Frying batter:
cornstarch 80g
All purpose flour 80 g
Ice water 250g
Garlic powder
Salt
Sauce ingredients:
1 tablespoon gochu hang
1 tablespoon neutral vinegar
1.5 tablespoon honey
1/2 tablespoon garlic
Little sesame oil
Little ketchup
DIRECTIONS:
Wash and cut your Enoki mushrooms into flat pieces
Pat dry mushrooms
Mix frying ingredients together
Put pan on medium high heat with oil
Once your oil is hot, dip your mushrooms into the frying batter, removing excess
Shake your mushroom as you put it into the oil so it spreads out while frying
Flip and they’re ready when golden!
Serve with sauce on the side, drizzled on the mushrooms, or completely covered in sauce~
